Returns & exchanges

If your jacket doesn't fit, message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery. We'll exchange it for another size free of charge, provided it's unworn with tags attached.

• Made-to-measure jackets can be altered but not returned.
• For refunds on standard sizes, return shipping is paid by the customer and the refund is issued once we receive the jacket in original condition.
• Received something damaged or wrong? Send a photo within 48 hours and we'll make it right at our cost.
